At Runway Rooted, each piece is created with intention and fulfilled with care. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
PRE SALE ITEM
Limited pre sale release.
Orders will begin shipping June 8, 2026.
After Pre Sale
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Time
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Delays
Runway Rooted is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- High-volume periods
We appreciate your patience during these times.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Runway Rooted is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Runway Rooted is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
