At Runway Rooted, each piece is created with intention and released in limited quantities. Because of this, all sales are final.

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We encourage all customers to review product details, sizing, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we will make it right.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

3. Limited Edition Items

All items are produced in limited quantities.
We do not guarantee restocks or replacements for sold-out items.

4. Shipping Issues

Runway Rooted is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

5. Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping and order details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at purchase.
